Rumors say that the news coming out about Noah being Matt's father will cause a major rift between Noah and Patrick right when the Scrubs baby is coming. 

Sweetly and coincidentally, Jacob Young (ex-Lucky) named his son (who is due November 19) Luke.  When the actor heard that the nominations for Outstanding Lead Actor at this year's Daytime Emmy Awards included David Canary, Anthony Geary and John McCook, he joked that the category should have been called "Outstanding Lead Actor Who Played Jacob Young's Father.  The three actors played his father on AMC, GH and B&B respectively (SOD).
